October is National Bully-Awareness month!!
To show our support and unite against bullying in our
schools and community, students at Heritage were encouraged to wear a blue
shirt in solidarity to STOMP OUT BULLYING!!
“GO BLUE” was held on
October 10, 2013 in conjunction with our first Heritage Elementary walk-a thon.
In addition students decorated and hung blue feet with key phrases and words around our school that remind us of the character traits we need to follow in order to keep our school bully free.
